2. Fill out your proper forms and documents (which is your TVC/MCA Associates Agreement Form, W-9 Tax Form, and your State License Form - IF YOUR STATE NEEDS ONE).

3. Set up your Direct Deposit from your Bank (MCA does not pay its Associates with "Paper Checks" anymore... ONLY DIRECT DEPOSIT). For this is how TVC/MCA pays your commission you make weekly, as well as deduct the $19.95 monthly every 30 days, from your account for the services and benefits you're receiving.
